| | Is my membership simply a "trial membership"? |
| | | No. Your membership is a fully active membership with no expiration. You can remain a member as long as you wish.
If you decide to become a Premium member, there is absolutely no obligation to renew it once it expires. You will simply revert back to basic membership upon your Premium membership's expiration. You'll still be an active member and may remain so for life, if you wish. |

| | How do I delete my membership? |
| | | If you no longer want to be part of our community, we wish you the very best elsewhere. This site has maintained a higher quality of members it has because they know we care about each of them.
There is no obligation to remain a member of our site and once you have been deleted, your profile and photos will no longer appear anywhere in our network.
To delete your membership, please log on to the site and select the My Account tab. At the top of the Profile page right next to your Member ID you will see the link "Delete Membership." |

| | What are the benefits of becoming a Premium member? |
| | | Premium members have full access to all of the site features and can chat and exchange messages with other members. Unlimited Premium members can even exchange messages with Basic (free) members! All Premium members can also send unlimited smiles and read any email message.
There are other features that only Premium members enjoy like advanced searching which includes searching for new members only and viewing a members full profile. In addition, Premium members do not see any advertisements.
It's very inexpensive to meet the love of your life, best friend, or new pen-pal on our site. We offer Premium memberships in 3, 6, and 12 month increments without the hassle of long-term commitments. |

| | | All members must supply a valid e-mail address. Member photos are screened for nudity or inappropriate content. We also make sure all members meet our standards, i.e.; no profanity, vulgarity, sexual propositions, etc..
With that said, there is never a guaranteed of the quality of people you will be exposed to on our site or any other community on the Internet.
